Direct Drive Industrial Sewing Machine GC1541 D Series Descriptions
This series machines are high speed, single needle, direct drive, compound feed with the walking foot, flat bed sewing machine. Both of GC1541D and GC1541SD are the direct drive single needle industrial sewing machines, which only have the upper and lower needle position function, GC1541D-7 and GC1541SD-7 are the direct drive compound feed sewing machines, which have the full function with automatic thread trimmer, automatic foot lift and back tacking. S version machines have the safety clutch, which prevents hook damage. All of these machines have the strong direct drive control, the double capacity horizontal axis hook, which convenient for the bottom thread change during the sewing, built-in bobbin winder, the top dial as the standard device for the alternative feet movement adjustment, belt transmission, box type feeding, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch the multi-layers smoothly and stably, simple inside structure, low noise and ease maintenance. Suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such products as bags, cases, sofa, belts as well as other leather products etc.
