Direct Drive Sewing Machine GC1510D&1560D-7 Series Descriptions
These two machines are high speed, single &double needle, direct drive, compound feed with walking foot, flat bed sewing machine. Both of GC1510D and GC1560 are direct drive industrial sewing machine with the upper and lower needle position, both GC1510D-7 and GC1560D-7 are the direct drive automatic thread trimming sewing machine, which have the automatic thread trimmer, air foot lift and air back tacking. All of them use the mini direct drive servo motor, strong power, low noise and vibration, the double-capacity vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, the rectangular feeding motion prevents stitch gathering, the alternative vertical movement mechanism, controlled by the top dial, prevents the irregular and consistent stitches, dual tension mechanism, built-in bobbin winder, safety clutch by button prevents the hook damage during the sewing. The synchronized puller as the option. Suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such as automobile upholstery (car mats etc), tents, bags, sofa, tarpaulins as well as other leather products etc.
