This is 14 inch long arm high speed, single needle, compound feed with the synchronized edge trimming and binding device, flat bed, industrial lockstitch sewing machines, which developed from the regular GC1508 machines. It use the larger vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, the alternative vertical movement mechanism controlled by the top dial, front built-in bobbin winder, dual tension mechanism, safety clutch by button prevents the hook damage during the sewing, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch multi-layers materials smoothly with the consistent seam, the synchronized moving edge cutter and binder trim and binding material together, which control by the ball type lever, large working space under the sewing arm. Specially designed for the trimming and binding application of the bedding industry, such as cushion, pillow, bolster, quilts, bedspreads, sleeping bags and more.
