Industrial Binding Sewing Machine GC1508-AE&AEL Descriptions
These two machines are high speed, single needle, compound feed with the edge trimming and binder, flat bed, industrial lockstitch sewing machines, which developed from the regular GC1508-NH machines. GC1508-AE is the basic edge cutter and binding sewing machine, GC1508-AEL is the high and 14 inch long arm edge cutter and binding sewing machine. Both of them have the larger vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, the alternative vertical movement mechanism controlled by the top dial, front built-in bobbin winder, dual tension mechanism, safety clutch by button prevents the hook damage during the sewing, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch multi-layers materials smoothly with the consistent seam, the synchronized moving edge cutter and binder trim and binding material together, which control by the ball type lever. Different binder size available depends on the different size tape. Specially designed for the trimming and binding application of the bedding industry, such as cushion, pillow, bolster, bedding etc.
