For the medium weight, heavy weight and extra heavy weight materials, our industrial sewing industry usually have two different feeding structure machines with the thick thread for these application, top feed and bottom machine, compound feed with walking foot machine. The compound feed with walking foot machine usually has more heavy duty capacity with the thick thread than the regular upper and lower feed machine, such as GA204 series, GA205 series, GA441 series, GA767 series, GA1245 series etc. If we want the high speed machine, we firstly have to exclude the shuttle hook machine, although they have much more heavy duty and extra heavy duty capacity. Our GC1541 series machines is the compound feed machine with walking foot. These series machines are high speed, single needle, compound feed with walking foot, flat bed sewing machine. GC1541 is the regular single needle triple feed industrial sewing machine, GC1541S is the single needle compound feed with the walking foot sewing machine with the safety clutch, GC1541S-BH is the large hook version machine based on the regular GC1541S. 

Both of GC1541 and GC1541S have the double capacity horizontal axis hook, GC1541S-BH have the 2.6 times large hook horizontal axis hook. All of them have the top dial as the standard device for the alternative feet movement adjustment, built-in bobbin winder, belt transmission, box type feeding, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch the multi-layers smoothly and stably, simple inside structure, low noise, and ease maintenance. Suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such products as bags, cases, sofa, belts as well as other leather products etc.

Thanks for all of our global users’ feedback and suggestion, we developed 18 inch long arm machines based on the regular GC1541S, which the working space is 457x100mm. This is one high speed, single needle,18 inch long arm, compound feed with walking foot, flat bed industrial sewing machine with safety clutch. 

This machine has the double capacity horizontal axis hook, which is convenient for the bottom thread change during the sewing, built-in bobbin winder, the safety clutch prevents the hook damage, belt transmission, the top dial as the standard device for the alternative feet movement adjustment, belt transmission, box type feeding, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch the multi-layers smoothly and stably, simple inside structure, large working space under the arm for the large workpieces, low noise and ease maintenance.
