These two machines are the high speed, single & double needle, 18" long arm, extra heavy duty, flat bed, heavy duty industrial sewing machine with the thick thread. GA221-46-73 is the single needle 18 inch long arm industrial sewing machine, GA221-46-273 is the double needle compound feed long arm industrial sewing machine. Both of them have the extra large vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, front bobbin winder, the safety clutch prevents hook damage during the sewing, belt transmission, the shaft bushing assures the machine runs at low noise and long life time, long needle bar stroke and long stitch length(10mm), high foot lift(20mm), the compound feeding structure with the walking foot assures the machine stitch the multi-layers materials with the thick thread smoothly and stably, consistent and perfect seam, large working space under the arm, the special designed for processing the thick thread and material thicknesses of heavy weight materials. The synchronized rear puller, air foot lift and back tacking as the option. Suitable for sewing medium weight to heavy weight materials with the thick thread, such products as sofa, cargo slings, safety belts, bags, tents, truck covers, technical textiles etc.
