Split Needle Bar Sewing Machine GC1565 Series Descriptions
These three machines are high speed, double needle, split needle bar, compound feed with walking foot, flat bed sewing machines. GC1565 is the basic two needle split needle bar sewing machine, GC1565-7 is the two needle split needle bar automatic thread trimming sewing machine, together with the strong H.S.servo motor under the table top,GC1565D-7 is the two needle split needle bar automatic thread trimming sewing machine, which use the powerful mini direct drive servo motor. Both GC1565-7 and GC1565D-7 have the automatic thread trimmer, automatic foot lift and automatic back tacking, the double-capacity vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, the split needle bar for the corner sewing, the rectangular feeding motion prevents stitch gathering, the alternative vertical movement mechanism, controlled by the top dial, prevents the irregular and consistent stitches, dual tension mechanism, built-in bobbin winder, safety clutch by button prevents the hook damage during the sewing. Both 25 inch long arm machine (special order) and the synchronized puller as the option. Suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such as automobile upholstery (car mats etc.), tents, bags, sofa, tarpaulins as well as other leather products etc, especially designed for the corner sewing on these products mentioned.
