Split Needle Bar Sewing Machine GC8420&8450&8720&8750-03&05 Descriptions
These series machines are the high speed, double needle, needle feed, flat bed, industrial lockstitch sewing machines, which are basic two needle, needle feed sewing machines.Both GC8420 series and GC8720 series machines are the regular double needle feed sewing machine, GC8450 series and GC8750 series are the split needle bar sewing machines for the triangle & corner sewing. All machines have the vertical axis rotary hook, top built-in bobbin winder, reverse lever mechanism, the needle feed and bottom feed dog feeding mechanism assures machines stitch fast and stably, low noise, easy set up and simple maintenance. The synchronized rear puller, multi different gauge sizes and different customized long arm machines as the option. 03 version mainly suitable for sewing light to medium weight materials, 05 version mainly suitable for sewing heavy weight materials, such products as jeans, clothes, uniforms, shirts, jackets, pants, bags etc.
