GC1341L-43 and GC1342L-43 43 inch super long arm filter bag sewing machines are heavy-duty industrial cylinder bed lockstitch machines equipped with an ultra-long 43-inch extended arm and reinforced thickened top casting structure, these professional sewing machines are purpose-built for processing large-sized liquid filter bags and dust removal filter bags made of PP, PE, PTFE and Nomex (NMO) materials, and excel specially in sewing extra-large tubular filter bags and oversized dedusting bags.

Equipped with the 90mm diameter cylinder bed, extra large dust filter bag sewing machine GC1342L-43 adopts two independent large vertical rotary hooks and oversized bobbins to form two stable lockstitch seams. All models come with a built-in bobbin winder and top adjustment dial for precise walking foot stroke control, pneumatic foot lift and pneumatic back tack devices. The ultra-large under-arm working space allows free, smooth circular flipping and full-range movement of huge filter bags

This large tubular filter bag sewing machine series covers two core models to meet diverse production demands: the single-needle GC1341L-43 and the double-needle GC1342L-43. Optional customized heavy-duty metal workstations are available for all models.
