2-needle split needle bar walking foot industrial sewing machine GC1565is one basic, flat-bed, compound feed with walking foot industrial lockstitch sewing machine, which has the extra split-needle bar control device on the base of regular GC1560 series, which mainly designed for the corner sewing on the most leather products. This smart split needle bar device help the machine stitch at the certain degree with the stable stitch at the corner of products where the regular 2-needle machine can not stitch very well, in order to realize the decorative sewing performance.

2-needle walking foot sewing machine with the split needle baradopts the double capacity vertical axis rotary hook with large bobbin, triple feed with the walking foot, its alternative foot movement controlled by the top dial(standard device on this series machines), which assures the machine climbing capability on the multi-layers products, almost same character as GC1560 series machines. 14, 18, 25 and 30 inch long version as well as direct-driven version machines with/without thread trimmer machines available as the option.
