This series machines are high speed hot knife automatic webbing slings cutting machines with two different max. cutting widths(GT-818 can up to 200mm cutting width, GT-819 can up to 300mm cutting width),both of them can cut the slings with the max. thickness 16mm and ropes with the max. diameter 16mm. The machine comes with the top and bottom HSS blades at the adjusted temperature to melt and seal the end of webbing, slings, ropes and lanyard etc, the cutting length is set by the built-in touch panel automatically. Especially, this machine can be set to mark the dot on webbing and slings before sewing(special order). Both of these two machines are very professional automatic webbing slings cutting machines for the manufactures of cargo slings, lifting straps, crane slings, safety lanyard, climbing ropes, industrial lifting belts and more.
