New Machine GC1541SL-25 is Ready Now!!!

After the successful pushing of 18 inch long arm GC1541S version machines(GC1541SL-18) in the last Sept.2022, we are happy to announce that we finished testing of the 25 inch long arm version both in domestic and overseas market at the beginning of this month.

GC1541SL-18  18 inch Long Arm Walking Foot Machine

GC1541SL-18 is the single needle 18”long arm compound feed walking foot industrial sewing machine, which developed from our regular GC1541S, which similar to Juki DNU1541S machine or CONSEW P1541S-CC. The working space of GC1541SL-18 is 457x100mm. We also have the direct driven version machine with the thread trimmer, or the regular automatic thread trimming machine with the under table motor(H.S.HVP-90).

As the very popular walking foot machine in the market, both GC1541S and GC1541SL-18 still can not meet our valued customers’ requests of larger size materials in the market. Therefore, we decided to develop 25 inch long arm version based on the 18 inch machine, that is our GC1541SL-25, its working space is 635x100mm.It has the double capacity horizontal axis hook, which is convenient for the bottom thread change during the sewing of large size workpieces, built-in bobbin winder, the safety clutch prevents the hook damage, belt transmission, the top dial as the standard device for the alternative feet movement adjustment, belt transmission, box type feeding, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch the multi-layers smoothly and stably, simple inside structure, large working space under the arm for the large workpieces, low noise and ease maintenance. Suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such products as bags, cases, car mats, sofa, belts as well as other leather products etc.

At the same time, we are also testing the direct driven version machine with 850W mini servo motor with the full function or only needle position machine, which should be pushed to our value customers shortly.

As the result, we are preparing 30 inch casting as the last model of this series machines, as well as the relative parts. We will assemble some sets to test at our users’ factory firstly, then improve accordingly as per the actual working situation. The ready machine will come soon, we will share accordingly as usual!!!
