Therefore, we already had the plan of this 30 inch long arm version when we developed 25 inch machine. GC1541SL-30H 30 inch Long Arm Walking Foot Machine
This is one high speed, single needle, 30 inch long arm, 150mm higher working space, compound feed with walking foot, flat bed industrial sewing machine with safety clutch, which developed from the regular GC1541S. This machine has the double capacity horizontal axis hook, which is convenient for the bottom thread change during the sewing, built-in bobbin winder, the safety clutch prevents the hook damage, belt transmission, the top dial as the standard device for the alternative feet movement adjustment, belt transmission, box type feeding, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the machine stitch the multi-layers smoothly and stably, simple inside structure, low noise and ease maintenance.
Large Working Space for the Sizeable Workpieces with Thick Thread
The GC1541SL-30H machine increases the working space to 762x150mm, 109mm in length and 50mm in height, based on the 25" long arm walking foot machine. The wide cavity can easily handle fabrics such as thick leather, which helps manufacturers who need thick material to sew.
The Pneumatic Air Reverse(Back Tacking)as the Standard Kit
GC1541SL-30H has been adjusted from the original adaptation of only pneumatic lifting presser foot to adding pneumatic back tacking device to the original configuration. The sewn material still remains in its original position and can be backstitched with just a flick of the switch, so that even more sensitive materials can be handled more accurately. It can reduce the adjustment time of each machine and improve the productivity.
The series of GC1541 machines are suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such products as bags, cases, car mats, sofa, belts as well as other leather products etc.
