With the successful conclusion of the Atlanta Exhibition, another international exhibition of sewing machine equipment is also in preparation-CISMA 2023.
As the bellwether of global sewing machinery sector, China Int'l Sewing Machinery and Accessories (CISMA) show has always attracted a thousand-strong sewing equipment companies from all over the world in the past two decades. According to the organizer, ever since it's launched on November 15 last year, CISMA2023, as the largest sewing equipment fair in a post-pandemic era globally, has drawn much attention, and applications have surged especially after the government issued new pandemic-control measures. Latest data show that 1,006 exhibitors have confirmed their attendance as of March 10, and the exhibition space having been applied adds up to 100,000 square meters, both of which deliver positive growth compared with the same period last time.
As the first global event for sewing machinery after the pandemic, this time the exhibitor number has exceeded that of CISMA2017 (1,200 or so exhibitors) though doesn't recover to the highest level in CISMA2019 (about 1,400), which proves domestic and foreign exhibitors' shared confidence in and expectations for the sector's growth. Hopefully, CISMA2023 will be an occasion for fellow sewing machinery exhibitors to gather and project their burgeoning images.
As the wind vane of global sewing machinery industry, CISMA is not only the largest display platform for the latest scientific and technological achievements in the sector, but also undertakes the role of leading the growth of the sector. The past two events' themes were "smart sewing factory and solutions" and "smart manufacturing, intelligence enabling and wisdom gathering", this time it's "intelligent sewing tech and digitalization solutions".
Technological innovation and dissemination is an important drive for the development of CISMA. It undertakes the key task of transforming the latest research and development achievements in the field of sewing machinery into the productivity of downstream industries such as garments. At present, intelligent manufacturing has become the established direction for the transformation and upgrade of China's manufacturing industry and the realization of high-quality development. This series machines are the extra heavy duty, large barrel shuttle hook, computerized pattern sewing machines with the thick thread. Suit for sewing heavy duty and extra heavy duty products with the thick thread, such as webbing, heavy leather products, lifting slings, belts etc. GA204-107A is mainly for sewing all kinds of ropes without any parts changed, which diameter can up to 20mm,the sewing area is 130x32mm,GA204-108A is 130x60mm,PSM1311 is 130x110mm.
Pattern Sewing Machine PSM-H5040 Series
This series machines are the large size, extra heavy duty, thick threads, computerized pattern sewing machines, equipped with the large barrel shuttle hook and large bobbin. Dahao heavy duty pattern sewing machines control system, the touchable panel with the input punction and USB port, the linear guide feeding structure with the stable and free movement, long arm sewing machine head allows the large working space under the arm, the high needle bar stroke with the high intermediate presser foot lift (20mm), the emergency stop button for quick stop and re-start just in case, the needle cooling system and the mechanical thread trimming device (the hot knife as the option),the pattern edited software as the option. Computerized Template Sewing Machine GT800-12080
This is one computerized template sewing machine with the large sewing area,1200x800mm. High speed(the max. speed can up to 2800SPM), Dahao control system, the dry sewing machine head(only the hook needs lubrication) avoid the oil stains, automatic thread trimmer, the large LED touchable panel with the input function and USB port, electronic thread tension device, thread broken detection device, bar code reader for the multi patterns changes quickly, the intermediate presser foot can be adjusted automatically during the sewing according to the material thickness, the extra long arm sewing machine head and unique linear guide feeding system allows the extra large working space under the arm. It is mainly designed for the free template sewing, such as large quilting, bedding, clothes etc.
