After the serious marketing research and analysis, we finally decided to develop one economical heavy duty machines based on the traditional GB6-1(canvas sewing machine),which have the stable quality and extra strong heavy duty capability at the reasonable cost, that is our GB6-182 machine, flat-bed, extra heavy duty, large barrel shuttle hook, lockstitch industrial sewing machine. This is one single needle, top and bottom feed, large barrel shuttle hook, extra heavy duty, flat bed, industrial lockstitch sewing machine with the thick thread, simply, single needle thick thread sewing machine.
It has the large barrel shuttle hook and large bobbin, front mounted bobbin winder, ball type reverse lever, long needle bar stroke and long stitch length(12mm), extreme high foot lift(32mm), the top walking foot and bottom feed dog make the machine feed the heavy weight material synchronously, consistent, and perfect seam, large working space under the arm, the bottom main shaft with the gear, low noise and ease maintenance. Suitable for sewing heavy duty to extra heavy weight materials with the thick thread, such products as sofa, buff wheel, tents, bags, backpack, cargo slings, safety belts, as well as other technical textiles products. Especially, we now have two different size large barrel shuttle hooks as option for this machine as shown on the right.
