The binder, also known as edge rollers, edge stitchers, commonly known as the mouth, is an auxiliary equipment used in sewing machine sewing. The binder is mainly used in the sewing process of various kinds of fabrics (such as all kinds of garments, leather, bags, etc.), such as roll collar, roll edge, embedded card, embedded thread, overlocking, hemming, folding, edging, pulling the foot, pulling the tape, sticking strips and so on. For different product structure, derived from the pants, pants, waist, ears, high head, towels, ropes, pockets, fur and other specialized binder, some complex processes also need to be specialized specific development of the binder.
How to use the edge banding binder
1. Check whether the cloth feeding teeth and the drag wheel fit together, check the presser foot, and whether the pressure of the drag wheel is too tight or too loose. There should be a gap between the presser foot and the binder.
2. Pull the cylinder stopper close to the presser foot, so that the stitching will be neat and suitable.
3. Wear the wrapping strip correctly: put the wrapping strip into the pull tube, there is a seam in the middle, you can use a needle to put it through, and the wrapping strip tail cloth is organized and leveled. After pulling out, fold both sides of the wrap-around strip inward and pull it out 90 degrees from the groove in the front.
4. It is not necessary to cut the overedge strips short in advance, and when the car does not need to tighten the overedge strips, the left hand pushes the edge of the cloth in the direction of the binder to ensure that the edge of the cloth is close to the center of the overedge strips to prevent it from falling apart.
5. Front and back stitching are very neat, the effect is great!
Attention
1. Note that there should be a slight gap between the presser foot and the binder.
2. Pay attention to the different thicknesses of fabrics to be matched with different binders.
3. Note that the size of the planting piece and the size of the binder must match.
4. If you are pulling bundles or strips of fabric through the binder, then the strips must be cut with a bundle car, even width, and rolled and wrapped with the same strength; do not use electric shears in the cutting machine to cut; otherwise, it will affect the effect of the sewing after the sewing.

Edge width(It can be calculated as following formula)
(Binder size/4) +1=Edge width(22s~40M)
Example, 26s binder warp size=26/4 +7=7.5mm
Tips: Only one width of welt can be sewn per binder.
