GK80700-CD3 FIBC big bag sewing machine is one heavy duty, high speed, two needle four thread, chainstitch FIBC sewing machine. Upper and lower feeding mechanism, 2 independent row stitches, filler cords guide from the top and bottom (the filler can from only top or bottom, or both from top and bottom according to the customer's demand), which can seal the needle punctures after sewing. The max.seam width can up to 18mm(stitch type#401),adjustable stitch length from -12mm(standard 10mm), use Polypropylene thread 4000D, the maximum sewing capacity can up to 18mm. GK80700-CD4 container bag sewing machine has the pneumatic foot lift based on GK80700-CD3, GK80700-CD5 industrial jumbo bag sewing machine has the hot thread cutter based on GK80700-CD4. These series machines are the high performance FIBC sewing machines for strong side seams on big bags, container bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags, ton bags which made of jute, burlap and PP woven. Also suitable for geotextiles sewing applications.
