GK80900-CD5 is one high speed, two needle, four thread, cylinder-bed, chainstitch, heavy duty, jumbo bag inlet and outlet sewing machine. Powerful upper and lower feeding mechanism, 2 independent row stitches, complete automatic closed lubricated system and automatic oil supply system, the cylinder-bed arm is designed for sewing the upper and lower outlet & spout of the big bag, the guide of the filler cords from the top and bottom(the filler can from only top or bottom, or both from top and bottom according to the customer's demand), which can seal the needle punctures after sewing. This machine is the full function machine with the pneumatic foot lift, automatic thread trimmer, the standard complete set includes the mounting plate, tabletop, the stable pedestal system, and powerful needle position servo motor, as well as the heavy thread stands for the big bag application.
