As we all know, 867 series machines are the most popular medium and heavy duty lockstitch machines in the market worldwide at present. If you are making some large size workpieces, these regular 867 machines' working space is not enough. In order to solve this problem, we developed this series 30 inch long arm 867 machines with 1 and 2 needle version(most sewing parts are same as DA867).
With the basic characteristic of regular 867 machines, this 30 inch long automotive interior sewing machine series machines still adopt the compound feed with the walking foot, full automatic function, including the automatic thread trimmer, automatic foot lift and reverse, 32mm large bobbin and the relative extra large vertical rotary hook, European type tension plate with the second tension setting. In order for the user to choose the machine simple and fast, we just use two side dials as the standard kit for the long and short stitch length interchange, dual tops dials for the alternative feet movement, the single needle version only come with 1 stitch length dial and 1 top dial. The strong control and 1000W serve motor under the table top with the top touchable panel supply the powerful drive and ease operation. The most special point of this series machines is its 762x125mm working space under the sewing machine arm, which is convenient for the simple and fast movement of the sewn products during the sewing.
This 30 inch long arm tarpaulin long-arm sewing machines are mainly engineered to stitch the medium and heavy weight materials especially larges size workpieces.
