As we all know, the medium & heavy weight industrial lockstitch sewing machines usually sew the thick material with the thick thread at the long stitch length, but these same machines are very difficult to sew the fine leather products or difficult to process the velour fabric with very thin threads without tension puckering and without marking caused by the feeding structure. This series direct-driven flat bed needle feed lockstitch sewing machines are designed to solve these sensitive applications(sewing parts are same as DA867).
With the integrated strong direct-driven control, GA827-260122 is the double needle flat bed needle feed lockstitch sewing machine, GA827-160122 is the single needle flat bed needle feed lockstitch sewing machine. Both of these two machines adopt the bottom feed and needle feed, 32mm large rotary hook and large bobbin, large working space 335x125mm under the sewing arm, 20mm high foot lift, 12mm large stitch length,full function with the auto foot lift, reverse and auto thread trimming.
Double needle flat bed needle feed lockstitch sewing machine GA827-260122 for the topstitching seam on the a seat cushion cover of the thin upholstery fabric. Single needle flat bed needle feed lockstitch sewing machine GA827-160122 for close-to-edge assembly seam on trouser pockets and sofa cushion covers of fine upholstery fabric. Both of these two machines are very good at assembly seam and decorative topstitching operation in the process of long stitch in the home textiles, sunshades, sun production, awnings, small leather products and more.
