This series machines are high speed, single & two needle, 18 inch long arm, direct drive, compound feed with walking foot, flat bed lockstitch sewing machines. Both GC1510DL-18 and GC1560DL-18 are direct drive industrial sewing machines with the upper and lower needle position, GC1510DL-18-7 and GC1560DL-18-7 are the direct drive automatic thread trimming sewing machine, which have the automatic thread trimmer, air foot lift and air back tacking. All of them use the mini direct drive servo motor, strong power, low noise and vibration, the double-capacity vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, the rectangular feeding motion prevents stitch gathering, the alternative vertical movement mechanism, controlled by the top dial, prevents the irregular and consistent stitches, dual tension mechanism, built-in bobbin winder, safety clutch by button prevents the hook damage during the sewing, large working space under the arm for the large workpieces. The synchronized puller as the option. Suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such as automobile upholstery(car mats etc), tents, bags, sofa, tarpaulins as well as other leather products etc.
