This machine is a flat bed, high speed,12 needle 36 thread double chain stitch smocking and shirring machine, as well a with the MD(metering device),equipped with the vertical looper movement mechanism, the rear puller(smooth and teeth puller as the option), which ensures the smoothly feeding and beautiful stitch on the thick fabrics, even crossing seams, 40 smocking cams available, which can make various patterns. Mainly designed for the lap seaming, attaching waistbands and line tapes, inserting elastics on the medium and heavy weight fabrics, such as products, like under wear, sports wear, interior decorated products(table clothes, curtain etc), lady's wear etc. 12-needle, 24-thread version machines with the different applications(PMD,PQ,PY ETC) available as the option. Also, 4-needle, 6-needle, 8-needle version machines available too.
