This is one direct-driven, high speed, 2-needle, 4-thread, flat-bed, industrial chainstitch sewing machine for attaching zipper on the furniture. Two straight needles and two loopers forms double chain stitch type, the mini strong direct-driven servo motor with the upper and lower position function, high speed with the low noise, the synchronized top and bottom rear puller helps light to medium materials smoothly, the special designed gauge sets with the zipper chute and folder. Its. max sewing speed can up to 4500SPM, the adjusted stitch length is between 6-12mm, and the max. sewing capacity can reach to 10mm. The air foot lift is available as the option.
