Referring to the new GC20618L-25 series 25-inch direct-drive long arm compound feed sewing machine during the industry exhibition. As an upgraded heavy-duty thick material sewing device from our regular GC20618L-25 series machines(equal to Highlead GC20698-2 machine), this new machine solves the long-standing industry pain points of difficult feeding and insufficient thickness sewing capacity of traditional long-arm machines, bringing efficient and stable sewing solutions for large-size and ultra-thick material processing industries.

The core advantages of this design are: the 50mm long stroke provides ample space for mold changing, cleaning, and thick material processing; the powerful cylinder, combined with buffer speed regulation, achieves gradual pressure application, effectively reducing impact load and extending mold life; and the high-rigidity guiding system ensures that the die head maintains high-precision repeatability even after long-distance sliding.

• Direct Drive Servo Power System

Integrated miniature high-power servo direct drive motor, eliminating belt wear:

- Strong sewing torque, stable stitching on thick materials, and even stitches;

- Standard up/down needle stop function**, allowing precise fabric positioning during sewing;

- Two new electronic control functions: soft start slow sewing setting and electronic handwheel (jog dial), replacing the traditional mechanical handwheel for easier adjustment and material feeding.

• Four-Times Larger Capacity Vertical Rotary Hook

Utilizes the Koban KRT14-5-O extra-large vertical rotary hook with a 40mm bobbin diameter:

- Significantly increased thread capacity, reducing the frequency of bobbin thread changes and significantly improving production efficiency;

- Four-times larger rotary hook structure, resulting in fuller, more aesthetically pleasing stitches on thick fabrics, reducing the likelihood of thread breakage and skipped stitches.

• 25-inch Long Arm for Ample Working Space

The worktable under the arm measures **635×150mm**. The long arm design provides ample operating space, eliminating the need for repeated folding of large, single items such as tents, mattresses, and car interiors, making it suitable for large-area continuous sewing.

• Triple Synchronous Feeding Structure

The sewing head uses a "feed dog + needle bar + synchronous presser foot" composite feeding system (triple synchronous feeding). This prevents misalignment of upper and lower layers of fabric and uneven seam lengths when sewing thick materials, sponges, or multi-layered composite fabrics, ensuring strong stitch consistency. The machine also features a built-in safety clutch that automatically protects gears, shuttle, and other core components in case of jamming or overload.
