In the field of flexible container bag (FIBC, commonly known as ton bags) manufacturing, Q-bags (prefabricated partition bags) have become the mainstream choice for packaging and transporting chemical, mineral, and grain powder materials due to their internal partition structure, which allows the bag to maintain a square shape and stable stacking after filling. However, the sewing of the partitions to the bag body has long been a key process restricting Q-bag production capacity-traditional sewing machines, limited by workspace and the ability to sew thick materials, are ill-suited for this task. To address this industry challenge, the GK81800 series long-arm partition chain sewing machine has recently been officially launched, providing FIBC manufacturers with an efficient and professional solution.
Focusing on Q-bag Technology, Dedicated Machine Design

This series of machines is specifically developed for the sewing of the diagonal partitions inside the Q-bag to the bag body, precisely fixing the partitions at the four corners of the bag. By constraining the bag's expansion through internal partitions, Q-bags do not bulge or deform when fully loaded, significantly improving storage stacking and container loading efficiency. This equipment is compatible with PP woven fabric FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), enabling straight-line partition sewing without folding the fabric face. It has become a core component of Q-bag production lines in FIBC factories.
Large Arm Extension + Composite Feeding Solves the Problem of Sewing Thick Materials

Addressing the limitation of ordinary short-arm sewing machines not being able to reach deep into the bag, this model features an extra-large arm working space with an effective area of 534×160mm, easily accommodating large FIBCs. The feeding system employs a composite upper and lower feeding structure, achieving synchronous upper and lower feeding, ensuring uniform and stable conveying of multiple layers of ultra-thick woven fabric, effectively preventing slippage and wrinkling. The maximum sewing thickness reaches 10mm, fully meeting the needs of FIBCs with multiple layers of fabric stacked.
Flexible Needle Position Configuration and Chain Stitch Ensure Heavy-Duty Strength

The equipment supports free interchange between single and double needles. It comes standard with a double needle structure (7.2mm spacing) and includes a single needle conversion kit and different stitch width components, allowing users to quickly switch stitch widths according to product processes. Employing the 401 type double-thread chain stitch, this stitch boasts high toughness and tensile strength, making it particularly suitable for long-term use in heavy-duty container bags. It also eliminates the hassle of frequent bobbin changes, facilitating continuous mass production over extended periods.
Multiple Functions Integrated: Balancing Sealing, Energy Saving, and Automation

Leak-proof Sealing Design: Equipped with upper and lower double-filler rope guide devices, the filler rope is simultaneously sewn into the needle hole during sewing, effectively sealing puncture holes and meeting the stringent sealing requirements of powder material packaging.
Servo Drive System:
Standard configuration includes a servo motor with a maximum speed of 2000-2100 RPM, supporting ±3° high-precision needle positioning and stepless speed regulation. It offers approximately 50% energy savings compared to clutch motors, with strong torque output; An economical clutch motor version is also available for customer selection.
Automated Auxiliary Mechanisms: A fully enclosed automatic lubrication system reduces manual maintenance; a left-side pneumatic hot-cutting blade melts and breaks threads, preventing fraying; a pneumatic presser foot lift facilitates the movement of large fabrics; a needle cooling system continuously cools the needle during high-speed, thick-material sewing, reducing the risk of needle breakage or burning; a multi-functional control foot pedal integrates start/stop, presser foot lifting, and thread cutting, simplifying the operation process.
Adjustable Stitch Pitch: Range 6-13mm, factory standard stitch pitch 10mm, adaptable to different weights of woven fabrics and process strength requirements.
Fast Delivery: R2U Service Enables Ready-to-Use Operation

To shorten the customer's production cycle, this series of machines is equipped with R2U (Ready-to-Use) delivery service. The equipment undergoes maximum pre-assembly before leaving the factory, and is tested using the customer's actual sewing thread and fabric. It is then shipped after being packaged in a custom wooden crate. Upon arrival at the factory, it can be easily installed and put into production, significantly lowering the setup threshold and helping customers quickly release production capacity.
Market Value: One-Stop Solution for Key Links in FIBC Production Lines
Traditional sewing machines struggle to handle large working spaces, thick material sewing, needle hole sealing, and high-speed continuous production. The GK81800 integrates a large working arm, upper and lower composite feeding, synchronous sewing of filling ropes, servo precision control, and pneumatic auxiliary mechanisms into one unit. Its quick single/double needle switching balances versatility and efficiency, making it a professional mainstay model for Q-bag shaping and partition production. According to the manufacturer, in addition to chain-type partition machines, they also offer a complete set of FIBC sewing equipment, including lockstitch partition sewing machines, FIBC edge binding machines, loop sewing machines, and feed port sewing machines, providing FIBC factories with one-stop diversified production equipment support.
