GK81300A1 big bag sewing machine is one heavy duty, high speed, two needle four thread, safety stitch container bag sewing machine (chain stitch and overedge stitch together). Upper and lower feeding mechanism, 2 independent row stitches, filler cords guide from the top and bottom (the filler can from only top or bottom, or both from top and bottom according to the customer's demand), which can seal the needle punctures after sewing. It can make 20mm seam width (overedge width 15mm and 5mm distance from two needles). Formed stitch type (401.502), adjustable stitch length from 6-13mm (standard 10mm), use Polypropylene thread 4000D, the maximum sewing thickness can up to 22mm. GK81300-A2 jumbo bag sewing machine comes with the pneumatic foot lift based on GK81300-A1, GK81300-A3 FIBC sewing machine has the hot thread cutter based on GK81300-A2.
