These two machines are high speed, single &double needle,high speed, one needle, two thread, long arm, chainstitch sewing machine. Lower feed with the alternative upper feed, filler cord guide from the top and bottom (the filler cord can be stitched for sealing the needle punctures), the automatic lubrication system with the top oil cup, pneumatic foot lift, the automatic thread chain cutter (hot knife/burner), large stainless steel bottom working plate for the free movement of the big bag, large working(534x160mm) under the arm. The reasonable structure assures the beautiful stitch, the max. sewing capacity can up to 10mm, adjusted stitch length is between 6-13mm with the multiple filament and fabricated thread. These two machines are professionally designed for the baffle sewing of the container bag, big bag, FIBC bags etc. Especially suitable to stitch the straight lines into PP fabric without folding the fabric on the right side.
