GK82810-D big bag lift loops sewing machine is a direct drive, double needle four thread, chain stitch machine, specially designed for sewing the lifting loops of big bags from bottom, middle and mouth with the cross and grid shape.Featuring a powerful direct drive motor, upper and lower feeding system, and an automatic lubrication system, the machine ensures high performance and reliability. It is equipped with a webbing guide device for precise attachment and offers needle gauge 7, 30, and 45mm, include a pneumatic foot lift and hot thread cutter, which enhance operational efficiency and reduce labor intensity. With a spacious long-arm design providing 530mm length and 190mm width of clearance under the arm, it is ideal for making heavy duty big bags with reinforced strips for cross bottom or grid bottom.
