GK81800-D series long arm baffle bag sewing machines are direct drive motor, lower and alternating upper feeding system, single&double needle, chain stitch machine. Machines are equipped with an automatic lubrication system, achieves a high sewing speed of 2000 SPM, and offers a large working space of 530x190mm. It comes standard with a pneumatic foot lift and a hot thread cutter, and includes a cooling device. The stainless steel cover plate, stainless steel table, and uniquely designed stand with pedal provide simplicity and convenience for users in big bag factories. Specially designed for baffle sewing of big bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags and container bags, suitable for sewing straight lines on PP fabrics, filler cord can be sewn from top and bottom.
