Clutch type sewing machine motor. Clutch-type sewing machine motors are mainly composed of asynchronous motors, clutches and brake pads. The motor is simple in structure, reliable in operation, and has a short start-up braking time, so it can be started quickly and at a low input cost. However, the working efficiency is not high, the maintenance workload of the machine and equipment is large, and some parts are prone to wear and tear.
Eddy-current asynchronous motor. 
The motor is mainly composed of asynchronous motor, eddy current electromagnetic differential clutch, and DC excitation power supply. The motor is simple in structure, reliable in operation, easy to maintain, can realize infinitely variable speed regulation, and the range of speed regulation is relatively wide, in addition, it can also be no-load start. Hybrid stepper motor. The motor is mainly composed of hybrid stepping motor, stepping controller, control is more convenient; but this motor has the lower positioning accuracy.
Servo motor. 
This motor is mainly composed of motor, optical encoder, servo controller and other such components. The positioning accuracy is high, the service life is long, the working performance is good, and energy saving can also be realized. But the price is higher than other kinds of sewing machine motors.
